Application

Perforated titanium bar is the major part of titanium bar filter. It is made from pure titanium by special processing. Titanium bar filter has a lot of tiny holes with uniform bore and gap, so that it has small resistance in filting and is easy to infiltrate. Now this titanium bar filter is mainly used in liquid filting such as drinks, food, brewing and etc.

Pharmacy and food processing have strict and very high requirements for the filting machines. Some other filting materials may corrode and the falling corrosion will harm people. And titanium has always been considered as a perfect material used for filting. So the research of titanium filting machines has been started even decades ago. At present some native companies have been able to manufacture high pure titanium powder(purity>99.5%), and make titanium bar filting through a series works.

1. Chloromycetin and Analgin: During the processing, it has to touch hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, nitric acid and other strong corrosive mediums, but common facilities can not keep working under such situation. Because the acid is easy to cause corrosion, contamination and other quality problems. However titanium made facilities can resolve these problems successfully.

2. Vitamin B1: Most corperations used to manufacturing with stainless steel machines. But the machines' life can last only several months, even worse during the processing, some color foreign objects occured to affect the quality of the medicine. Now the application of titanium facilities settle these problem.

3. Tetramisol: During the manufacturing, it has to touch chlorine hydride, sulfur dioxide gas and other chemicals. And only titanium bar filting can keep working in such environment.

4. Transfusion and Injection: decarburization, removal of impurity and removal of virus are applied in the processing of transfusion and injection.
